Image consultant Danielle Lutz created Sole Goddess with the mission to bridge the gap between comfort and fashion so that all shoes could become walking shoes.
Lutz used to find herself stumped when clients would ask what shoes to wear on the shopping tours she led through Chicago's hottest 'hoods'. She wanted them to wear shoes that showed their style, but she also needed them to be able to walk. And so she set out to solve this conundrum that so many women face.
How can you wear the sexiest shoes without the painful and unsightly blisters?
Band-aids certainly weren’t the answer. Lutz still recalls a fateful summer night when she slid into her sexy new platforms and hit the town with girlfriends, only to find their gaze directed at her feet.
“New heels?” they asked, eyeing the flesh-colored bandages affixed
to her ankles and toes.
Somehow, there had to be a way to break in those strappy heels glamorously.

Alas, Killer Shoes Don’t Have to Kill Your Feet.
